Finally made it out to the gym last night for the first time in a while, ugh, need to go more often. It felt really good to be working out again!

Elliptical:
1.55 miles (168 calories) in 18 minutes 
Leg Press:
130 reps @ 100 lbs.
Leg abduction:
20 reps @ 50 lbs.
80 reps @ 55 lbs.
Leg adduction:
20 reps @ 50 lbs.
50 reps @ 35 lbs.
Abdominals:
40 reps @ 50 lbs.
Leg extensions:
10 reps @ 50 lbs.
30 reps @ 35 lbs. 
Rotary torso:
15 reps @ 35 lbs/direction
